As a Certified Personal Trainer and Aerobic Instructor, my objective is to assist each and every one of my clients in achieving their health and fitness goals. I started my career in health and fitness at the age of 19. I earned my Associates Degree at South Florida Community College in Avon Park, Florida. While I attended Community College I worked as an Exercise Tech at the Florida Hospital Haywood Fitness Center. I designed individual workout programs for new members and instructed a variety of group fitness classes.

Two years later, I transferred to the University of North Florida, Jacksonville my two years at UNF I completed one year of Athletic Training, where I worked with several athletic teams in the prevention, treatment and rehabilitation of a variety of athletic injuries, interned in the ER at Shands Jacksonville, and worked with countless fitness professionals. I graduated in August of 2004 and began my career as a Personal Trainer.

Only a few months later I met the requirements of the International Fitness Trainers Association and became certified to practice. I have been working with motivated individuals from that day on, accomplishing a number of health and fitness goals. I find nothing more rewarding in my career then the fulfillment of helping someone enhance his or her life thru proper health and fitness. With the knowledge and expertise of a Certified Personal Trainer, no goal is too high to reach.

"My family hired Stacey and Billy for four group sessions. Stacey trained my daughter and I, while Billy trained my husband and son. The sessions were super! We learned how to get a great workout at the Shearwater gym. Initially we were all intimidated with the gym as all of us were used to the "Planet Fitness" setting which consists mainly of weight lifting machines. Stacey and Billy gave us each four high intensity, high energy workouts by teaching us how to use the equipment available at our gym. The workouts are printed out so you can refer to them, make notes and track progress. They also informed us how to grow with the workout and increase the difficulty and intensity. Since I completed my training with Stacey, and have continued my workouts 3-4 times a week, I have dropped 13 pounds and have gone down two sizes.
