Accomplishments:

5 years Pro-Ball Fitness has always been a part of my life. I can remember as a 5 year old child doing push-ups and dips using my fireplace. As an athelete my health and fitness have been an important part of my daily routine. I enjoy my personal workouts but also get a sense of accomplishment by helping others in the gym, with new exercises and techniques.

I recently completed my certification to become a Certified Personal Trainer through the Interactive Fitness Trainers of America. I look forward to starting my career as a Personal Trainer. I believe my experience and love of fitness will truly help all my clients reach their goals.

2002 - 2005	Stone Mason/Pool Builder
Constructed several different structures such as waterfalls, stone decks, and fireplaces. Worked in the pool industry with a family run company. I worked on all phases of pool consturction including, forming the pool, tile work and eventually shooting the shell of a pool.
1998 - 2002	Professional Baseball Player
Played infield for half a season for the Springfield Capitals and was then signed by the Pittsburgh Pirates. Continued with the Pirates for a year and half then returned to the Capitals. Earned most outstanding player, sluggers award and the gold glove award for the year. Also hit 15 home runs, a personal best. I later played for a professional California league.

"I started with Stacey in August of 2007. I was having issues with an aching back, sore muscles after physical exercise, and in bad need for some direction to increasing my energy level. "My family hired Stacey and Billy for four group sessions. Stacey trained my daughter and I, while Billy trained my husband and son. The sessions were super! We learned how to get a great workout at the Shearwater gym. Initially we were all intimidated with the gym as all of us were used to the "Planet Fitness" setting which consists mainly of weight lifting machines. Stacey and Billy gave us each four high intensity, high energy workouts by teaching us how to use the equipment available at our gym. The workouts are printed out so you can refer to them, make notes and track progress. They also informed us how to grow with the workout and increase the difficulty and intensity. Since I completed my training with Stacey, and have continued my workouts 3-4 times a week, I have dropped 13 pounds and have gone down two sizes. My son has lost weight as well and is feeling better than he ever has. My daughter is more confident and we all are enjoying becoming healthier together as a family!
