Personal Training Policies
- Please show up for scheduled sessions on time. Clients are only allotted 1 hour per session.
- It is recommended that you bring a water bottle and a towel.
- Allow 5-10 minutes at the beginning of each session for a proper warm-up.
- A 24 hour notice is required for all cancellations.
- Schedules can become busy; please take the time to call and cancel if you are not going to be able to make your session.
- If you do not call and do not show up, you will be charged for your missed session.
- Clients who train with a partner or in a group session will be responsible for their part of the session if they do not cancel in time or do not show up.
- Clients who cancel in time will not be responsible for their part of the session. The remaining client(s) will be responsible for the cost difference for the session.
- Be respectful in a crowded gym. As Trainers, we want to respect the space of members not training.
- Work your hardest each session. We want results!
