5 years Pro-Ball Fitness has always been a part of my life. I can remember as a 5 year old child doing push-ups and dips using my fireplace. I enjoy my personal workouts but also get a sense of accomplishment by helping others in the gym, with new exercises and techniques.

I recently completed my certification to become a Certified Personal Trainer through the Interactive Fitness Trainers of America. I look forward to starting my career as a Personal Trainer. I believe my experience and love of fitness will truly help all my clients reach their goals.
